How to log in, search, request, renew

How do I log in to the online catalogue or app?
To login, type in your library card number (be sure to omit any spaces), and your PIN.
What is my PIN?
If you haven’t chosen a PIN yet, try the last 4 digits of your phone number.
If this doesn’t work, you can use the ‘Forgot my PIN’ link under
Still can’t login?

Search
Browse our catalogue of books, audiobooks and eAudiobooks – with around 170,000 items to choose from, you’re sure to find something you would like to borrow.
You can find and reserve books through our online catalogue.
Request a book (‘Place Hold’)
You can reserve items on the online catalogue, and if its not already at your preferred library, we’ll bring it there for you to collect.
There is no charge for this service.
Simply login with your library card number and PIN then click ‘place reservation’ and then choose a pickup location.
We will contact you by email or phone when the item is ready to collect.
Can’t find it on the catalogue?
You can request books which are not in stock, as well as journal articles, music scores and play sets, and we will try to get a copy through the Inter-Library Loan system. This is a chargeable service.
Alternatively, you can suggest books for us to buy (free service).
Renew your loans
You can check which items you have on loan in the online Catalogue – log in with your library card number and PIN, and click on ‘Current Loans’. You can renew your items too.
We can send you email reminders when your items are due back.
