About Gate Gallery and Glassworks

Gate Gallery & Glassworks is housed within a listed 17th century riverside property in Brecon, Powys.

The ground floor gallery stocks the glasswork of resident glassmaker Kathryn Roberts MA(RCA) produced on-site in the basement workspace together with a small selection of work by contemporary local and national applied artists working in a variety of media including glass, ceramics, enamel and textiles.

The comprehensive fully fitted glassworks is situated on site.

Kathryn has been making glass for over 30 years and produces bespoke glass vessels, objects and lighting as well as working on commissions and antique restoration.
