Children across Powys are encouraged to join the Summer Reading Challenge and get ready for a whole load of team spirit and plenty of fun.

Ystradgynlais Library was delighted to host an extra special book launch event on Tuesday, 13th June.

Through a joint initiative between Powys County Council's Library Service and Sports Development Team (Sport Powys), library members now have the opportunity to borrow a balance bike for free.

Around 50 children and young people across Powys got involved in a competition to design a new library card.
