Powys Arts Strategy

Richie Turner Associates have been commissioned by Powys County Council to devise a new Arts Strategy for the county. Working alongside Richie Turner for this project is Lyndy Cooke, who many of you may already know from her previous role as Managing Director of Hay Festival.

 We would very much welcome your views as to what the new strategy could include, and we have arranged a wide variety of ways for everyone in Powys - whether they live or work in the arts or not - to contribute to this consultation process.

 Full details and information about the scope of this consultation are available on our website, including the dates and locations of events, where we are inviting artists and arts organisations to come and share their thoughts in person. In addition, we are also inviting anyone who lives and works in Powys, to attend open public meetings where they can also share their thoughts.

 For anyone that can’t make these dates or locations we are running online events and finally there is a short online survey that we are encouraging everyone to take part in.
