Morning Mindfulness Meditation at Mid Wales Arts Centre

Join Certified Mindfulness Teacher Emily Bartlett to pause, rest and reset at the end of the week.
Together we’ll explore gentle guided mindfulness practices that help to calm a busy mind, ease stress and tension, and restore energy and resilience. A brief introduction to the practices will be provided, with time for questions and discussions.
Join us to discover these ancient yet scientifically validated practices of mindfulness and how to integrate them into daily life. These practices offer us a way to immerse ourselves in a sense presence, wellbeing, care, and inner refuge, right where we are, even amidst the challenges of today’s world, and the ups and downs of our busy, daily lives.
And after the session there’s the option to get creative in the Friday Pottery Workshops (11am-1pm and 2-4pm), take in the exhibitions on display, enjoy a delicious drink, cake or lunch in the cafe, or simply take a wander in nature in the beautiful gardens and grounds.
