About Melody Watson
Hi! I’m Melody, an experienced tutor in the Arts and Humanities.
My lessons encourage independent thinking and feature goal-oriented learning. I am a bubbly and enthusiastic tutor who will go above and beyond to ensure student satisfaction.
I have lesson plans which are ready to be tailored to your individual needs, and I am adaptable and flexible, ensuring that you get the most out of every single lesson. I am available for in-person or online sessions.
A lover of education myself, I know how to create a positive learning environment and nurture a passion for learning; even in the most reluctant students! I have worked with a huge range of students from ages 6-60 including:
- Those preparing for their 11+ exams
- High achievers who want the top grades
- Those who are struggling to achieve a passing grade
- International students finding the new curriculum or the language barrier challenging
- Students with SEND
- Mature or vocational students who are learning for fun…

Whilst English, Drama, Art and History of Art are my specialisms, I am able to provide a wide range of subject content from Design and Technology, to proof reading, to Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, to Primary level Maths and Science.
